We specialize in the 3D printing of industrial plastic components. We rely on additive powder technologies, particularly Multi Jet Fusion. With a production volume of over 120,000 components (2021), our special focus lies in the additive (small-scale) serial production of components.
Our nearly 2,000 customers, both domestic and international, are the champions in the manufacturing industry—ranging from medium-sized enterprises to DAX corporations. The components we produce are used in mechanical engineering, the automotive industry, high technology and optical systems, automation technology and robotics, as well as medical technology.
The high degree of specialization we have chosen enables high efficiency in our process chains, resulting in advantages in component quality, replicability and unit costs. All processes are documented and standardized, undergo continuous improvement processes, and are subject to regular internal quality controls. The basis for this is a quality management system according to ISO 9001 and production based on the standard DIN SPEC 17071 | PPP 11001, which governs industrial additive manufacturing.
