Payment Terms for Business Customers
- Invoice Payment: Payment term of 14 days net (unless otherwise agreed)
- Advance Payment: Optionally, payment can be made via credit card or PayPal (both free of charge) through our ordering system
Order and Quotation Process
- Through Online Shop: Upload your CAD data and configure your order. Afterwards, you can download the quotation or place the order directly. For self-created quotations and orders, we offer a 3% “Online Discount”.
- Via Email or ERP System: Send us your CAD data (.step or .stl) along with the desired specifications (material, color, quantity, etc.) via email, and if applicable, your official purchase order as a PDF document.

- Domestic: DHL Express (flat rate EUR 12,- plus VAT)
- International: DHL (flat rate EUR 15,- plus VAT)
- Pickup: On-site pickup (free of charge); Warehouse opening hours: Mon-Fri 08:00 – 15:00
Prices
- Calculation: Prices are calculated per CAD model using an algorithm. Pricing without a CAD model is unfortunately not possible. You can get instant quotes for your 3D printing here.
- Minimum Order Value: The minimum order value is EUR 50,- plus VAT.
